If you are new to here, let me sum up for you what this site will do for  you: speak life and excel in leadership. 


If you are like most people, life is just hard. These obstacles cause you to become discouraged, frustrated, and even question why you're doing what you're doing.


I totally get that. Like you, I've had my share of frustrating moments as an individual, husband, father, leader, and pastor. However, what I know to be true is that we must press on. Everyone fails, but not everyone learns from their failures.


I lead from a place of vulnerability, and I promise you I don't have it all figured out. So, I want to learn with you and help you learn from my failures, successes, and everything in between.
